All Dealers, Investment Advisers, Dealer’s Representatives and Investment Advisors Representatives, licensed under the Securities Act, Cap 354 of the Laws of Zambia, are required to apply for renewal of their licences for the 2009 calendar year.
In terms of section 21(2) of the Act applications for renewal of licences are required to be made not later than 30th November 2008. The applications on the prescribed forms must be accompanied by the prescribed fees.
